1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

2) Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item must be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.

3) How to Request a Return

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • TrendsCutter is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@trendscutter.com and include clear photos or videos. Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

6) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory handling.

7) Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.
